Our Christmas classes have a well-deserved reputation for being not only deliciously tasty (goes without saying) with new ideas blended with familiar flavours, a lot of fun, all dressed up with a mouth-watering theme. Christmas Class students sign up for a very fun big day out so at home they can create an extremely exhilarating Christmas day dinner. Miss Otis regrets Julio Iglesias is unable to lunch today but even so you might end up singing Feliz Navidad.

We promise you magnífica comida with abundant hints knowing that you love food, love cooking, and the people you are cooking for. Hoping I can help you with Christmas day organisation: what you can make ahead, what will freeze or keep, how to manage oven space and working out a handy timetable for the day.

The menu is top secret at this stage but there are excited reports of deliciosa aromas coming from the cocina. Lots of different dishes, some very simple, all very tasty and exploring festive flavours.

Dietary requirements

Our events and cooking classes are set menus however we can provide an alternative menu that is vegan and gluten free. Please advise in the comment section when booking if you require the alternative menu on the day.  

Cancellations:

If any 2022 Class or Special Event dates are not able to proceed due to Covid-19 we would try first to reschedule you to a suitable date. Should no suitable dates be available we will give you a gift voucher for the full value which can be used in our Kitchen Shop and online or for a future class. Classes and events are otherwise non-refundable.
