VERJUICE MARINADE

Used with Cumin-Scented Chicken Breast recipe
INGREDIENTS
30ml (2 tbsp) verjuice
60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
freshly ground pepper
METHOD
- Place all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl and whisk to combine.
